Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the accurate value of humidity by deciding the times and intervals of measurement of a humidity value according to a loaded amount in a tank so that the entire loaded amount b measured equally in terms of humidity. CONSTITUTION:With the operating knob on the panel of a control part 21 set to a scale for a loaded amount, prescribed conditions on measurement such as the times and intervals thereof are set. With drying started, measurement of initial humidity content is conducted and humidity content MS1 obtained by the first measurement is memorized. And by a timer 23 wherein an interval of six minutes is set, for example, the second measurement is conducted after passage of six minutes, whereby MS2 is obtained. Measurement is conducted in N times in the case when the times of measurement are N, the operation of an average value is performed and thus the initial humidity content MSb is determined. Next, ten data, for example, are set in the timer 23, and ten minutes later, the humidity content according to the first measurement of interim measurement is obtained. The humidity content is measured subsequently every ten minutes and average values are taken based thereon. By such a constitution, the entire loaded amount is measured equally in terms of humidity and thereby the accurate value of humidity can be obtained.
