Abstract

PURPOSE:To establish a high sensitive measuring method applicable to the immunoassay or enzymeassay, by combination of sensitization characteristic of sensitizing dye and silver halide. CONSTITUTION:A substance labeled with spectral sensitizing dye is dissolved in a hydrous solution contg. a compund shown in the general formula I. By this procedure, the stabilization of the spectral sensitizing dye is improved significantly, and determination of trace of ingredient is achived with high accuracy. That is, the reagent for trace analysis contains a small amount of ingredient labeled with the spectral sensitizing dye and a compound shown in general formula I in hydrous solution, and this hydrous solution is stabilized by the compound shown in the formula I.
