Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease a signal attenuating rate in the inside of the device, by providing a magnetic body wherein a plural kinds of magnetic material layers having different resistivities are arranged in the direction of the conductors. CONSTITUTION:A cross section of a coaxial cable type temperature sensor 1a is shown in the Figure. In said temperature sensor 1a, a control conductor 22 is provided in a tubular external conductor 21, and an insulator 23 comprising insulating layers 23a and 23b are provided between both conductors. The insulating layers 23a and 23b are constituted by powder of a tape shaped magnetic material. The outer insulating layer 23b is constituted by the magnetic material whose Curie temperature is approximately equal to the preset abnormal temperature of a surface whose temperature is to be monitored. The inner insulating layer 23a is constituted by the magnetic material whose Curie temperature and resistivity are higher than those of the magnetic material constituting the insulating material 23b.
