Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a transistor (TR) circuit which has a small current ratio error even when a TR having a low current amplification factor is used, by using a current Miller circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The emitters of TRs Q1 and Q2 are connected together, and the collector and base of the TRQ1 are connected together by a resistance RB. Further, the bases of the TRs Q1 and Q2 are connected mutually. With a power voltage Vcc, a current I1 is supplied to the collector of the TRQ1 and the collector current I2 of the TRQ2 is supplied to a circuit serving as a load on the TRQ2. With regard to the general characteristics of the TRs, each collector current is controlled by a corresponding base-emitter voltage, so a current Miller circuit of the said constitu- tion applies the base-emitter voltage of the TRQ2 in the form of the sum of the base-emitter voltage of the TRQ1 and a voltage drop across the resistance RB connected to the base of the TRQ1, thus making corrections.
