Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent wear of valve body and moving body and also eliminate thrust noises by driving the valve body formed in amorphous metallic soft magnetic substance by means of the magnetizing action.
CONSTITUTION: The valve body 17 stays in No.1 position while a solenoid 23 is out of energization and shifts to No.2 position when the solenoid 23 is energized. That is to say, a pressure in accordance with the current applied to the solenoid 23 is sent to the output port 12. This valve body 17 formed in amorphous metallic soft magnetic substance is not only ferromagnetic but also thin in wall, light in weight and tough and having an elasticity, so that any moving body in magnetic substance or litter spring, essential components in conventional construction, are not required in this arrangement and, further, wear is scarce and thrust noises are eliminated.
