Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the accuracy of the center position of the titled matter favorable, by stabilizing and detecting the center position through electric circuit means. CONSTITUTION:In the case when the speed of a vehicle is above a preset speed, as a switch 7 is on, a condenser 11 is charged by the output of an amplifier 6. As a resistor 12 and the condenser 11 constitute an integrating circuit, the charging is effected for a period determined by a prescribed time constant. By the charging function of the condenser 11, the detected voltage of a sensor 5 is kept as a terminal voltage of the condenser 11 and is outputted to a terminal 14 via an amplifier 13. Because the output voltage of the sensor 5, when the vehicle is running over the preset speed, equals approximately to the detected steering angle center, the voltage to be a reference one corresponding to the steering angle center can be detected by the terminal 14.
