Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a converter having high accuracy, by adding a current Miller circuit. CONSTITUTION:A current corresponding to differential voltage between voltage VO which has been impedance-converted through a voltage follower circuit, and reference voltage Vref through the emitter and base of a transistor (TR) Q2 and the base and emitter of TRQ1 is formed by a resistance R1. Since this converted current is supplied from TRQ7, it can be taken out as an output current Iout through TRs Q8-Q11 constituting a current Miller circuit. Also, almost the same output current Iout is made to flow to the TRQ2 through a current Miller circuit constituted of TRs Q10, Q12. Accordingly, since almost the same current flows to the TRs Q1, Q2, the base-emitter voltage of the TRs Q1, Q2 is varied in the same way in accordance with a converted current value, therefore, the reference voltage Vref which is applied to the resistance R1 through the TRs Q2, Q1 is made constant irrespective of the converted current value, and a V-I converter having high accuracy is obtained.
