Abstract
PURPOSE: A therapeutic material in which a flexible cushion layer that blocks the migration of medical components is laid between the flexible support and the thin layer of tacky polymer containing the medical components, thus developing stable and high therapeutic effect by the effective use of the medical components and high adhesion.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible cushion layer blocking the migration of medical components is laid between the flexible support and the thin layer of tacky polymer containing the medical components so that the resultant material can freely change the form to increase actually effective area of the surface applied with the polymer layer and does not restore the original form resisting the adhesion strength. Thus, the resultant material is directly applied to affected parts or used to treat the affected parts aparting from the applied parts by supplying the sufficient dose of medical components into blood. The cushion layer preferably has less than 10 solubility index, 0.1W30×10-6cm2/dyne 10sec shear creep compliance and more than 0.5 difference in solubility index between the cushion layer and the medical components.
