CONSTITUTION:Channel control codes, etc., from the center are received by a terminal control device 4 through a center signal transmitting path 2, converted into parallel codes, and stored and held in a storage circuit 11 until the next new control signal is received after decoding, and then continuously delivered to another terminal control device 5. On the other hand, whenever the terminal control device 5 receives channel control signals and timing pulses from the terminal control device 4, the channel control signals are stored in the storage circuit 11 and a selection control of receiving channels is performed so that picture services are received from a picture transmitting path 1. Therefore, even when the power supply is started again, the previous controlling condition can be restored.
