Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus which expands a tube into cylindrical configulation and cuts it in desirable length by means of being provided with a float having special configulation and mechanism, and being inserted into soft tube, rollers cooperated with the float to send out a tube, outside periphery guide fixed into outside periphery of the float and a cutter. CONSTITUTION:The float 3 inserted into a soft tube 2 which is drawn out from a reel 1, has a spindle configulation at its end 3a, a flat part at center 3 and cylindrical part at its tail end. Above mentioned three parts are connected by smooth curve. Holding rollers 5a-5c are positioned at both side of the tube 2 and kept in contact with the tube 2, while many rollers 4a-4c are situated in the spindle part having bores at its side. The cylindrical outside-periphery guide 8a is loosely fixed into column part 3c at the end of the float. In regard to guide 8a, a similler outside periphery guide 8b apart a small clearance from the guide 8a is arranged on the same axis. Further, a cutter 10 being able to be inserted into said clearance is provided.
