Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the S/N and the output, by locating circuit elements constituting a driver section of a driving circuit around charge coupling elements scatteringly. CONSTITUTION:A driver section 4 of a driving circuit is located scatteringly around charge coupling image sensors 2. Thus, through scattered location of the driver section 4 of the drive circuit, the temperature distribution of the sensors 2 is made uniform, allowing to increase the S/N and the output.
