Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a means to automate and increase efficiency of the small lot production by connecting a machining device which machines the cut end of annular members such as pipes cut in predetermined length to a series of production line.
CONSTITUTION: A pusher 6 which moves in holizontal direction by a loading cylinder 5 along the receiving surface of a work receiver 4 is provided in an end machining device 3. A work 1 on a positioning plate 8 pushed foward by a pusher 6 is secured between a fixed clamp 13 and a slide clamp 14 by the advance of a clamp cylinder 9. When a motor 15 starts driving or with some time lag, cuting cylinder is drive to lower a vertical shaft to mechine the cut end of the work 1 by a cutting tool, thereby automating and increasing the efficiency of the small lot production.
