Abstract

PURPOSE: To cause force drawing in and rotating of a blank material and to make a device simple by supporting a driving ring having a bore part simultaneously contacting with the outside circumferences of plural rolling rolls on a frame rotatably.
CONSTITUTION: A driving ring 13 is rotated by a driving device, and a hollow blank material 22 supported by a mandrel 23 is inserted into a rolling roll 19. The roll 19 receives the rolling reaction from a hollow blank material 22 and strongly contacts with the bore part of the ring 13. Since the ring 13 is rotating, rotating force is given by frictional force to the roll 19, by which the blank material 22 is rotated, and on account of the inclination of the roll 19, the material is fed forward and is rolled. Since the driving force driving the rolling roll is given by the frictional force between the same and the driving ring 13, there is no need for descrete driving sources for the respective rolls and the device is simple.
