Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of driving characteristic during the low-speed meshing position by selecting the revolving speed of engine as the condition of commencing or terminating the cut of fuel supply and the delay of commencing fuel cut after the condition of fuel cut was established, in accordance with the meshing and clutching position.
CONSTITUTION: When throttle valve is fully closed and the revolving speed of engine exceeds a certain preset value Na as condition to commence the cut of fuel, the output of an AND circuit 38 becomes "1" and is transmitted to a flipflop 40 through an OR circuit 39, and a fuel cut signal sent to another AND circuit 42 through a delay circuit 41 is generated. If the throttle valve is fully closed while the revolving speed is over another specified value Nb, the output of AND circuit 43 becomes "1" and the cut of fuel is performed after a certain time of delay T from the revolving speed having attained Na, Nb till the fuel cut being commenced. When the speed becomes below a value Nc as condition to terminate the cut of fuel, the output of AND circuit 44 is turned from "1" to "0" and the cut of fuel is cancelled to prevent unintentional stop of engine.
