Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an armature coil by connecting the end fixedly at the same position relation as the interior of a core before two half coils are mounted on the core, thereafter mounting it on the core, and facilitating the connecting work. CONSTITUTION:Before two half coils 2, 3 are associated in a core, they are secured on a coil retaining tool 10 at the same position relation as those associated within the core. After a clip is mounted on the connector 11, a coil retaining base 10 is rotated, and with the connector 11 placed downwardly, the connector is soldered. Thereafter, the coil is removed from the base 10, and is associated within the core, with the end of opposite side to the connector 11 placed downside the connecting work is performed. In this manner, the soldering work can be safely carried out, the damage of the coil due to the leakage of the coil can be avoided, and the reliability of the armature coil can be improved.
