Abstract

PURPOSE: To surely perform conveyance with simple constitution in a device whereby a thin plate-shaped product is conveying to prescribed dimension with feed rollers, by providing grooves in positions not interfering with each other on the periphery of the rollers arranged at a face-to-face position and fitting flexible substances of high friction into said grooves.
CONSTITUTION: On the periphery of a set of upper and lower feed rollers 10, 11 supprted by bearings 4, 7 respectively for conveying a thin plate-shaped product 1, a plurality of grooves are provided in positions not interfering with each other then flexible rings 12 of high friction coefficient are fitted into the grooves. Here the ring 12 excepting a contact part between the rollers 10, 11 and the product 1 is protruded by dimension C externally from the periphery of the rollers 10, 11, while the ring 12 of the contact part between the rollers 10, 11 and the product 1 is sunk by the protruding amount C into the groove. In this way, contact surfaces between the rollers 10, 11 and the ring 12 are increased and the rollers 10, 11 are closely attached to the product 1 by flexeble force of the ring 12, thus the product 1 can be surely conveyed.
