Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the laminated film having an excellent gas barrier property by laminating the plastic film coated with polyvinylidene chloride type resin and heat- seal film by the adhesive having isocyanate group.
CONSTITUTION: After the polyvinylidene chloride type resin coated film of cellophane, PET, nylon etc. is heated at 80W120°C, said film is coated with 0.5W2g/m2 of the adhesive composed of polyether or polyester type resin having molecular weight of several thousandsWseveral ten thousands and isocyanate group at its terminal. A laminated film is obtained by laminating heat-seal film in condition at which the adhesive viscosity is 1,000W10,000 centipoise.
