Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve ink receptivity, by using a photosensitive resin containing a thermoplastic rubber, an ethylenically unsaturated monomer or oligomer and a photoinitiator for an original plate, and forming a thick photopolymerizable adhesive layer endowed with elasticity. CONSTITUTION:A photopolymerizable adhesive layer and a silicone rubber layer are successively formed on a substrate made of aluminum, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like to fabricate the plate of the title. At that time a desired lithographic original plate is obtained using a photosensitive resin containing a thermoplastic rubber, such as polyurethane, acrylic rubber, or ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer; ethylenically unsaturated monomer or oligomer, such as ethyl acrylate or acrylamide; and a photoinitiator, such as benzophenone, benzoin, or bezoyl peroxide, and forming a >=100mum thick photopolymerizable adhesive layer.
