Abstract

When the block length L1 is equal to L2, the data in L2 bit from the head is set to the registers 52, 54 and when L1 L2, the data in L2+1-bit length is set, and the error between blocks is detected and outputted with an exclusive OR 58 under the control of the counter 57.
