CONSTITUTION:While a solenoid 45 is driven and at a recording and playback position, the input of a stopping pulse signal from an input terminal 34 resets an RS flip-flop 40 because a switch 33 is turned off, so the solenoid 45 is reset. On the other hand, the output of an OR circuit is supplied to the input of a delay circuit 38, so a pulse signal is supplied to one input of an AND circuit 39 a certain timer later. Until a movable member returns to a stop position, the AND circuit 39 outputs a repetitive pulse signal and the movable member returns to the stop position.
