Abstract
PURPOSE: To make injection of NH3 without excess or shortage possible by the use of the accurate formed NOx value obtained by correcting the set value of the concn. of the formed NOx from a function generator obtained by the signal indicating the rate of combustion of a combustion device by the measured value with an NOx analyzer.
CONSTITUTION: The signal 1-1 indicating the rate of combustion such as flow rate of combustion air is inputted to a function generator 3, and the resultant concn. signal 3-2 for formed NOx and the NH3/NOx molar ratio signal 2-1 from a function generator 2 are inputted to a multiplier 5. The NH3 molar signal 5-1 obtained here and the signal 1-1 are inputted to a multiplier 4, by which the rate of injection of NH3 is calculated. At this time, the concn. signal 9-1 for the formed NOx and the correction signal 6-1 for the signal 3-1 are compared in an arithmetic device 7, and the integrated signal 8-1 for a deviation signal 7-1 is inputted to an operator 6, so that the signal 3-1 is corrected. Finally, the calculated value of the rate of injection of NH3 of the multiplier 4 obtained by using the signal 6-1 which is made euqal to the signal 9-1 is inputted via a multiplier 10 to a controller 11 for the rate of injection of NH3, which controls the opening of a control valve 13 for the flow rate of NH3.
