When a packing lever is pulled up and prescribed operating force is attained, the rate of deflection of the spring 13 increases, and one end of the plunger 12 contacts the rear wall 25 of the housing 11. The plunger 14 and the carrier 15 move integrally to the plunger 12 side, and the contact 18 comes in contact with the stationary electric contacts.
