Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of windmill-type electricity generation equipment, by floating balloons in the form of a wall or a vane train in a fixed position in the air to change and concentrate the flow of the air to locally increase the velocity of the air flow.
CONSTITUTION: A wall-like or a vane-train-like balloon assembly made of curtain- like members 1 and balloons 2 is floated in the air 4 and installed in the form of L on the ground by wire ropes 6, 7 or the like so that the balloon assembly is located in the passage of a natural wind 5 and extends at a small angle to the direction of the wind. A conventional windmill-type electricity generator is installed in the narrow opening 11.
