PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent heat resistance and coating workability and a well-balanced property between the selective avsorption of solar heat and a coating film performance, consisting of an inorg. black pigment, a fluorocarbon resin in a specified ratio and a solvent or a dispersion medium. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. fluorocarbon resin (A) and 25-35 pts.wt. inorg. black pigment (B) having an average particle size of 0.01-0.5mum composed of at least one metal oxide or composite oxides selected from oxides of Fe, Mn, Cu, Cr, Co and Ni, are dispersed in a solvent for component A or in a dispersion medium to obtain a paint.
