Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the time necessary for blood coagulation sharply and to obtain spits capable to separate a blood serum component from a blood clot component exactly, by leaving behind phosphorous ester having a blood coagulation accelerating action on the inner wall. CONSTITUTION:In case resin material is used as a container for blood inspection, phosphorous ester is uniformly mixed with resins of forming materials preliminarily and said mixture is formed by injection molding, blow molding etc. According to this process, phosphorous ester is dispersed on the whole wall of the container for the blood spection not only on the surface but to the thickness direction and dispersed phosphorous ester is moved gradually to the surface of the container while it is left as it is after forming, and the surface effective for accelerating blood coagulation is formed. Further, it is effective if the resin material is preliminarily mixed with higher aliphatic alcohols etc. as the bleed out accelerating substance together with phosphorous ester.
