Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain the filtration characteristic of a tuning circuit to the optimum irrespective of the variation in the tuning frequency, by using a varactor diode in an interstage coupling circuit between an input/output circuit and a tuning circuit or between tuning circuits. CONSTITUTION:Parallel tuning circuits 13 and 14 are installed between an input circuit 1 and an output circuit 11. The parallel tuning circuits 13 and 14 have varactor diodes 4 and 8 and their DC bias is supplied from a DC bias circuit 12. Interstages between each of the input circuit 1, parallel tuning circuits 13 and 14, and the output circuit 11 are coupled with varactor diodes 16, 18, and 19. Each varactor diode 16, 18, and 19 for coupling each interstage receive a DC bias from a DC bias circuit 12. By proportioning the DC bias voltage of these interstage coupling varactor diodes to the DC bias voltage of the varactor diodes 4 and 8 of the tuning circuit, the characteristic against the variation in the frequency can be maintained to constant.
