PURPOSE:To speed up an output driving circuit, by providing a transfer switch MOS transistor(TR) between an output terminal of an auxiliary amplifier amplifying a minute input signal and an input terminal for an output driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:On a wire coupling a preamplifier PA auxiliarily amplifying a minute input signal and an output driving circuit ODC, a transfer switch MOS transistor TRQ21 and Q22 for signals is provided. Thus, after an output voltage of the preamplifier PA is transferred to an output driving circuit ODC, MOSTRS Q21 and Q22 are turned off with a clock pulse phi21,the output driving circuit ODC is independently operated, and the output drives the gate of MOSTRs Q23 and Q24.
