Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the x-ray image of a samle with a clear profile in a display unit by which the x-ray image of the sample is displayed on a CRT even when the scanning speed becomes high by placing the first pulse of the high density pulse group which was obtained by the previous single horizontal scanning on the second and later pulses of the high density pulse group in a detection pulse signal which is obtained during horizontal scanning. CONSTITUTION:The output F of FF27 is set to ''1'' by the second pulse S5 of a high density pulse group M. A control circuit 33 which receives this signal F sets a signal B to ''1'', sends the output of the second memory 34 to the address input section of the first memory 29 through a switch 35, and writes the output P3 (''1'') of an AND gate 28. The output of the memory 34 provides the first pulse address of the high density pulse group M during write. In the next scanning, the first pulse S4 of each high density pulse group M is output in a specified address from this written memory 29 and is sent to an OR gate 23. As a result, the first pulse S4 of the high density pulse group is reproduced on a scanning line shifted for single line.
