Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible a good assembling operation in small permanent strains as a whole system by providing a valve orifice with elastic mild material and a pad with nearly semi-circular hard material. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a diaphragm 21 made of a flexible membrane with a flat hold 25 and a nearly semispherical pad 22 made of hard material fixed to the hold 25 of the diaphragm 21 between a valve beam 7 bonded with a piezoelectric crystal 13 and a print head 16 composed of a base plate 17 and a cover plate 18 holding a valve orifice 19 of elastic mild material. Accordingly when the pad 22 is pressed to the opening 23 of the orifice 19, plastic deformation is small because the circumference of the orifice 19 is supported by the head body 16, permanent strains scarcely apear in the system composed of the orifice 19, the diaphragm 21, the pad 22, etc.
