PURPOSE:To transmit information by the second transmission line and to transmit the information by the first transmission line, by providing the second transmission line which is exclusively used for transmitting the information between terminals in addition to the first loop transmission line, between the terminals having many number of times of transmission of information, or a large quantity of information. In this case, the terminals 7 and 9 are separated from the common transmission line 13, but the interface circuit 1 of the terminal 7 and the interface circuit 3 of the terminal 9 are subjected to an input from the common transmission line 13, the information converted to an electric signal is subjected to no processing and is inputted to an E/O converter directly, and the information converted to an optical signal again is transmitted to an interface circuit of the following information processor. Even when the information is being transmitted by the exclusive transmission line 14, the common transmission line 13 is available.
