Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of a particle body and to enbale to peform a high-speed metering operation, by a method wherein a large number of pores, through which air is jetted to a flow path, is formed in a wall suface facing a flow path which is brought to an open state under a second condition that only either of flow paths, formed in a hopper, is open. CONSTITUTION:A lower end outlet 2 of a hopper 1 is partitioned into two flow paths 4 and 5 of a large and a small flow path through the medium of a partition 3, and an opening and shutting gate 6, constituted in combination of large and small gates 7 and 8, is mounted to the outlet 2. With the increase in weight of a particle body, a metering is self-switched from a first condition that both two flow paths 4 and 5 are open to a third condition that both the two flow paths 4 and 5 are close through a second condition that only the small flow path 5 is open. A large number of pores 15, through which air is jetted into the small flow path 5, is formed in a wall surface part 12 facing the small flow path 5 which is brought to an open state under the second condition. This prevents adhesion of a particle body and permits a metering operation to be performed at a high-speed.
