Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a two-pack type resin which prevents inclusion of air bubbles in use, prepared by sealing a vacuum-deaerated curable base resin and a curing agent separately in a flexible bag partitioned by releasable sealing area.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible bag 1 made from soft polyolefin resin, polyester resin, etc. is partitioned by releasable sealing area 2 into two sealed parts 3, 4 and vacuum-deaerated curable base resin A (e.g. unsatd. polyester resin) and a curing agent B are sealed therein. For use, the sealing area is separated by the application of force in upward and downward directions and A and B are mixed by rubbing the bag under anaerobic conditions. Then the mixt. is taken out of the bag by cutting open a part of sealed edge 1.
EFFECT: The method insures voidless cured resin and the resin fully exhibits its inherent properties.
