Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the decrease of anaerobic lactobacillus in a container made of a synthetic resin caused by the permeability of the container, by coating the outer surface of the container with a gas-barrier paint or ink.
CONSTITUTION: A lactic acid beverage made by using anaerobic lactobacillus is put in a container made of e.g. polystyrene. A heat shrinkable film tubing printed with a white ink over the whole inner surface is put on said container, and made to shrink and contact closely to the container by heating.
