Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent chattering due to fine variation in liquid level by providing a timer circuit which outputs an input signal after delaying it and also resets the delaying operation when the input signal is interrupted, and then applying the output of a liquid level detecting circuit to the timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a probe 1 for detecting a liquid level is applied to level detecting circuit 3, whose output is applied to a timer circuit 5 to put a relay driving circuit 21 in operation by its delay output. The timer circuit 5 consists of the integrating circuit composed of diodes 8 and 9, variable resistances 12 and 13, and a capacitor 14, the resetting circuit composed of diodes 6 and 7 and switches 10 and 11, a comparator 18, and an inverting amplifier 19. When an input 4 goes up to a 1 with the switch 10 off and the switch 11 on, the capacitor 14 is changed through the variable resistance 12 and when the output 4 goes down to a 0 before any output is not generated, the capacitor is discharged through the switch 11.
