Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep the back pressure of a paper at a proper level regardless of the size and thickness of the paper, by providing a control valve for air blow- out quantity to a different duct blow-out through which the air is sprayed to the back of the paper, or making the blow-out direction variable. CONSTITUTION:A center blow-out port 12 is positioned on an extended line of the shifting direction of a copy paper 9 to the blow-out ports 11 and 11' in the width direction of a blower duct 10 that sprays the air to the back of the paper 9. A valve 13, etc. are provided to the ports 11 and 11' to control the blow-out degree of air, and at the same time the blow-out direction of the port 12 is freely changed via a link mechanism 14. In such constitution, the air to be sprayed is freely controlled. As a result, the back pressure of the paper 9 is kept at a proper level to ensure a smooth supply of the copy paper even if the size and thickness of the paper are changed.
