CONSTITUTION: A vibration medium 8 is filled to a prescribed level in the container of an ultrasonic wave oscillator 6. The nozzle of a pipe 4 is inserted into a storage tank 5 for alkaline liquid or the like, which is located in the vibration medium 8. After the liquid is filled in the passage pipe 4, ultrasonic vibration is applied to the tank 5 or a part of the pipe 4 by the ultrasonic wave oscillator 6. After that, a prescribed quantity of liquid or mud-like mixture for a battery is injected. Since minute bubbles in the storage tank 5 or the liquid passage 4 are removed by the application of the ultrasonic vibration, the accuracy of the injection is heightened.
