Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize the force of flowing water to collide with a floating type marine structure by using a system in which 3 or more inversed conical structures are provided to the lower part of an upper platform, a rotatable mooring device is attached to the inversed conical structure, and a ballast device is also provided. CONSTITUTION:An under-water float 2 is provided through a pillar part 11 to the lower part of three inversed conical structures 3 provided to the down side of a platform 1 for a floating type oil excavator, and a ballast tank 10 capable of altering draft in the inversed conical portion of the structures 3 is provided to the under-water float 2. By adjusting the draft W in the inversed conical portion to the position of the pillar member 11, as shown by Wa, by using the ballast tank 10, the floating type oil rig itself can be kept in a semi-dividing state its movement during rough waves can be minimized.
