Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a resin compsn. which can be directly molded by conventional injection molding machines (that is, can be simultaneously kneaded and molded), by blending synthetic resin particles having a specified particle size with a filler having a specified particle size.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin (A) having an average particle size fR of 900μ or below such as polypropylene or a polyamide is combined with a filler (B) having an average particle size ϕF of 50μ or below and an aspect ratio ϕA of 5 or above such as CaCO3, BaSO4 or glass fiber in such a proportion that ϕR/ ϕF or ϕR/ϕA becomes 1,000 or below and the volume of the filler B becomes 1.5W70% of that of the synthetic resin A.
