Abstract
PURPOSE:To equalize the load, by making first pinions of a locked train type gear speed reducer be double helical gears, and providing an axially fiexible coupling and an eccentric bearing. CONSTITUTION:The double helical gears, that is, the first pinions 5 are rotated by a driving source 1 via the flexible coupling 2, and a first pinion shaft 3 is supported rotatably and axially movably by the eccentric bearing 4. The first pinions 5 are meshed with single helical gears, that is, second gears 6, 7 respectively, and the power is transmitted through the gear trains of the two systems to an output shaft 16.
