CONSTITUTION:When a set switch 41 of a fixed-speed running device 4 for an automobile is operated, a flip-flop 53 is set and a register 51 memorizes temporarily a set speed signal (a) of the device 4. A decoder 52 selects and opens one of AND gates A0-A63 corresponding to a set speed, adding an on-and-off signal of an oscillator 54 to one of exclusive OR gates O0-O63 through the above gate and turning one of the indication segments of a bar-graph indication unit. In addition, by an output of a counter 2 counting a speed pulse, a signal converting unit 3 delivers a signal for indicating the speed in a bar-graph to a segment driver 6.
