Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily obtain a changeover condition of a synchronizer and to raise a maintenance property, by detecting a fixed fault automatically in case when it has occurred in a synchronizer. CONSTITUTION:In a synchronous operating circuit which is used in common in order to secure the synchronization of each channel frame of a time-division multiplex circuit, various normal and abnormal frame patterns are supplied to its frame bit position in a specific channel. On the other hand, a correct answer data in case when a synchronous operation processing has been executed to said normal and abnormal frame patterns is stored in a memory in advance, a result of operation in case when said frame patterns have been supplied to the synchronous operating circuit is compared with the stored contents of said memory to said frame patterns, and whether the synchronous operating circuit is good or not is checked.
