Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out efficiently a precise plastic welding, by dividing the voltage to be supplied to an ultrasonic oscillator into two stages so that the voltage at the start of welding is a low output while the voltage in the later stage is a high output. CONSTITUTION:An exciting step amplifier A1, a power amplifier A2 for amplifying the output of the amplifier A1, and an output circuit F1 for sending its output to the ultrasonic oscillator T1 and connected to the power amplifier A2 are provided. An output signal from the output circuit F1 is fed back to the exciting step amplifier A to carry out the oscillation. An alternate current supplied from an alternate current source is rectified in an electric source M3 so that a direct current is supplied to the power amplifier A2. Since the ultrasonic oscillation circuit can vary the energized voltage, the voltage can be energized to the oscillator according to the preheating period, the welding period, the preheating voltage and the welding voltage level, and therefore the occurence of cracks or deformation can be prevented, and the welding can be performed precisely.
