Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform two times embossings simultaneously only by one time preheating at the same embossing apparatus, by arranging a first embossing roll and a second embossing roll, being approached, on a backup roll successively in accordance with the rotational direction of the backup roll. CONSTITUTION:Two embossing rolls 2, 3 are arranged on a backup roll 1 and the first embossing roll 2 and the second embossing roll 3 are successively arranged in accordance with the rotational direction of the backup roll 1. In this time arrangement of embossing rolls 2, 3 is approached as much as possible. By this, because two times embossings are performed at the same apparatus, preheating does for them at one time and the embossing apparatus of excellent workability and economy can be obtained.
