When the temperature of the piezoelectric ceramics is risen and reaches a specified temperature during the oscillation of the piezoelectric oscillator, the resistance value of the positive temperature characteristic resistor is increased, and the excited power is reduced, allowing to suppress the self-generation of the piezoelectric ceramics.
