Abstract
PURPOSE:To lower the running cost for a refrigerator, by varying a preset temperature of cooling water in consideration of weather conditions so as to control the capacity of the refrigerator according to the change of refrigerating load. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of cooling water supplied from an oil-burning and absorption type refrigerator 1 to an air conditioner 3 via a cooling-water supply pipe 2 is detected by a detector 7 and applicated as an input to a control unit 6. The temperature and humidity Ta of atmospheric air and solar radiation Js are measured by a weather observing means 8, while heat load QL to be applied to a building is calculated, at a load calculating section 9, from parameters a, Ra representing absorption of solar radiation and heat transmission of the building and parameters T, tau representing the dynamic characteristic of the buliding. From the heat load QL thus calculated, a setting temperature of cooling water is calculted at a means 10 for setting the temperature of cooling water and is afforeded to the control unit 6. From these values, the control unit 6 controls an adjustment valve 5 provided in a fuel supply pipe 4 for supplying fuel to the refrigerator 1.
