Abstract

PURPOSE:To faciliate assembly by forming an adhesive layer at an adhered part and sticking a sheet for preventing adhesion when sticking two substrates each having an information-formed layer on one surface, and then peeling the sheet for the assembly. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of each substrate 1, an information-formed layer 3 made of a recording layer or light reflective layer annularly is formed. Those substrates 1 are stuck togehter with information-formed layers 3 in across internal and external spacers 5 and 4 arranged concentrically while a hollow part 6 is formed between their counter surfaces, thus constituting an information storage medium 7. Both the surfaces of the external spacer 4 and both the surfaces of the unshown internal spacer 5 are coated previously with adhesives to form adhesive layers 8, and protective sheets 9 for preventing adhesion are stuck to the surfaces of those adhesive layers 8. For assembly, those protective sheets 9 are peeled off and the substrates 1 are stacked and applied with pressure, thus achieving the assembly.
