CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a driving motor 33 is delivered to a flywheel 10 via a belt 9. The rotation of a capstan gear 12 rotated with the flywheel 10 is delivered to a winding reel gear 15 via a gear 14. Next, an output cam gear 28 is rotated with the rotation of the gear 15 and a cam follower lever 7 is rotated by it. As a result, a rotating base plate 4 provided with a magnetic head 1 and a pinch roller 2 is rotated. Since the magnetic head and the pinch roller are driven with a reduced motor power, the reducing mechanism for exclusive use is not necessary and the mechanism is simplified.
