Abstract

PURPOSE:To record an analog signal, converted at a high speed, as a continuous line by storing the dot position of last printing and that of present printing, and then performing interpolation between the dot printed last and that printed this time. CONSTITUTION:A head position storage part 24 stores the present position of a printing head, and a head position storage part 25 stores the last position of the printing head. On the basis of pieces of information on the present head position and last head position, an interpolation arithmetic part 26 calculates the position of the head between the last and present head positions and then set an energizing signal for the found head position. Then, a new dot is interpolated between the 1st and present printed dot positions to record in a continuous line.
