Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable moving of round pads through the rotary and the vertical movement of a device to smooth a printing action, and to shorten a processing time, by replacing an original plat with a stencile plate. CONSTITUTION:A stencil plate 1 is mounted to a bending arm 17 of a vertical cylinder 18 in a manner that a plate surface 11 is brought into a stretching state by a plate casing 7, an ink flow is caused to ooze in the pattern perforations in the plate 1 from an ink bank 8, and ink 13 is transferred to round pads 6. The round pads 6 are attached to the ends of 6 octopus arm-shaped levers 25 which are arranged in a radiate arrow wheel to an arrow wheel 24, a claw teeth 26 is turned with a hook plate smushing for a claw tooth 27 of the claw teeth wheel 26 and each time a printing process is conducted once, and it is spun accurately by 60 deg. each time by means of a set wedge tool. After the wheel 26 suspends spinning, the round pads 6 and 6' switch in turn positions where they contact the plate surface 11 and a surface of a printed matter 36 through vertical movement of a drive lever 22.
