Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent sticking between rubber and a separating sheet using a small amount of agent, by a method wherein base powder surface of talc, mica or calcium carbonate is covered by a lubricant such as paraffin, fatty acid amide or fatty acid ester. CONSTITUTION:A lubricant solution is formed by dissolving a lubricant in a solvent such as methyl ethyl ketone, and base powders are added to the lubricant solution and stirred well and then separated from the liquid phase and dried by heating, thereby sticking preventing powders for a rubber thread is obtained. A covering lubricant is exemplified by paraffin and hydrocarbon resin, fatty acid ester and fatty acid ketone, and melting point or softening point of the lubricant is 40-120 deg.C. A base powder is exemplified by talc, mica, calcium carbonate, and diameter of the powder is 0.1-50mu in usual. Covering amount of the lubricant on the base powder surface is 0.001-0.5g per 1g of the powder in usual.
